Activities:

• Be the link between the development area (engineering) and external clients.
• Gather requirements with clients to take them to the development area.
• Track and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Know our products in depth to answer technical feasibility questions.
• Create detailed requirements documents that serve as input for the development area.
• Work with engineering and UX teams to design solutions that meet client requirements.
• Validate that the solutions developed meet the client's requirements.

Basic requirements:

• Engineering in software development or similar with a focus on software development.
• Knowledge of business analysis and project management methodologies.
• Management of software development life cycle (SDLC) tools such as Jira, Trello, visio, Project, etc.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and propose solutions.
• Self-learning capacity.
• Strong project management skills.
• 2 years of experience working with internal areas and external actors at different levels of the organization.
• English proficiency (in reading).

Preferred experience:

• 2+ years of experience in project management with a focus on integrations and development of SAAS platforms.
• 2+ years of experience managing interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience with the technical and commercial aspects of an Enterprise SAAS.
• Certifications in business analysis or project management.
• Conversational and written English.

Project types:

• Connectivity with other messaging platforms, VoIP, SBC's of telephone carriers and customer switches.
• Product improvements and new functionalities for voice and omnichannel messaging platforms.
• Integration with other SAAS to send them information or to trigger actions from other systems (e.g. when creating a lead in Hubspot, trigger a call via Callpicker).
