Activities:

  • Your role as a Customer Engineer is to analyze and recommend innovative solutions using Google Cloud and Google workspace technologies.
  • You will develop prototypes, proofs of concept and demonstrations of Google Cloud and Google Workspace technologies
  • Listen to clients' needs/problems in order to offer them the best technological solution.
  • Activate, implement and integrate the different technologies once the clients themselves have acquired Google technology.
  • Work together with both the sales team and Google's technical team to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

Basic requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems, Information Technologies or similar.
  • Knowledge of development issues in Java, JavaScript, and/or Python is desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of internet-based technologies; including HTML, CSS, AJAX.
  • Experience in administration of Windows and Chrome operating systems and browsers.
  • Analytical and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of database management.
  • Desirable experience in technologies such as: Google Workspace, Google Cloud, GKE.

What you will do:

  • Engages with the client to understand the scope of the problem and its solution.
  • Uses entry-level knowledge and toolsets to configure specific services for identified configuration design solutions.
  • Creates solutions for the client, determining and communicating the development time, date, implementation plan, etc.
  • Provides customers in assigned territory with information to help make additional decisions regarding hardware, software, services, and/or service renewal and warranty.
  • Provides adjusted design solution pricing based on applicable programs, promotions and add-ons.
  • Uses internal resources to resolve or escalate all relevant pre-sales issues, e.g. credit, engineering, etc.
  • Refers educational requests on products and product alternatives outside of their area of expertise to others.
  • Tracks all opportunities and monitors activity at each stage of the sales process to close within the identified forecast period.
  • Participates in planning and customer reviews in assigned territory.
  • Maintains the integrity of customer information on TD SYNNEX systems, as appropriate.

  • We offer a daily salary of $600.00 MXN (Six hundred and twenty-five pesos 00/100 MXN) paid biweekly.
  • Commissions from 2% to 5% on sales margin.
  • Compensation plan according to federal labor law in Mexico.
  • Work mode: Flexible. Home Office + client visits + office according to needs, especially for team meetings, results and planning.
  • Trial period of 3 months with the intention of hiring permanently afterwards.
