Activities:

• Use graphic techniques to create drafts and final creative assets
• Understand project requirements and ideas
• Produce social posts, web banners, presentations, and print assets (like flyers and banners)
• Use feedback from other designers and managers to improve
• A talent for creativity and problem-solving
• Execute collateral work, maintain libraries & kits, maintain the design system
• Work independently, maintain speed and throughput, support your teammates and scout feedback
• Set expectations, work in iterative loops, meet deadlines and complete projects.

Basic requirements:

• Experience: Up to 2 years of working experience as an Intern or Junior-level designer in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Digital Design or Brand Design positions, at an agency or in-house company launching products, brands, campaigns, services, or experiences
• Portfolio: Documentation of beautiful consumer or business applications, demonstrating work with sketching, good taste in typography, color, composition, refined aesthetic, and polished execution
• Education: Undergrad or grad training in graphic design, communication design, branding, art, motion design new media, interaction and experience design, with passion for emerging technologies. Backgrounds in architecture, industrial design, fashion design, or plastic art, are welcome.
• Design Tools: Experience with design softwares and graphics editing softwares, such as Figma, PowerPoint, Photoshop, InDesign, and lllustrator. Canva a plus. After Effects or Premiere Pro, a good to have.
• Team Tools: Experience with team-collaboration tools like Monday, Trello, Asana, Jira, or Confluence, are a plus as well.Written English is required; spoken English is a plus.
